Please choose which type of induction best describes your requirements at National Starch ANZ.
Contractor
: I am an employee of a contractor who performs manual handling, repairs, installation, gardening, plumbing, electrical work, construction, or similar physical work on site. I am not employed directly by National Starch.
Transport/Delivery Driver
: I require access to the site for loading, unloading and delivery of goods, but will not perform any physical labour on site beyond loading and unloading.
Visitor
: I will visit a National Starch representative for meetings, tours, audits, quotations, and/or government regulatory requirements (National Starch/Corn Products employees visiting NS ANZ from other regions should select this option).
Contractor Representative
: I am an authorised representative of a company who will supply services and/or labour. I will supply health and safety documentation for my company.
Employee
: I am a full time, part time, casual, staff, or management employee who is normally based at an National Starch ANZ site.
