The first thing to think about is what do you want your employees to go through? This may be their first encounter and introduction as a new employee to your organisation.
Try to ease them into the organisation and a good way to do this is with a welcome presentation or video about your company, history, values, the CEO and culture.
As a new employee, collecting materials from them is obviously essential to the role and following this should be materials you want to present to them such as policies, procedures and any training courses on the organisation, safety, hazards, their role and department.
An online tour of the work place with pictures is also a great initiative.
Finally check lists and assessments to ensure acknowledgement of the above and then issue a certificate of completion.
