Copy Induction Content

You can create copies of Inductions e.g. if you want to have 2 similar Visitor Inductions you can simply copy the content from 1 Induction and use that as a template when creating the 2nd Induction.

The new Induction will contain the exact same content as the one it has been copied from. You can also edit the new Induction - delete/add/edit steps.

Even though you have copied the content from another Induction, the Inductions are NOT linked. Any changes you make to an Induction will only apply to that specific Induction.

From the Admin Dashboard, select Set up / Manage Content from the lefthand side.

Select Manage Induction Content.

Select Add / Manage to create a new induction.

Select Add New Induction.

Select Create from Existing Induction.

1. Create a name for the new induction.

2. Optional – write a description of the induction.

3. Select an induction you want to copy the content from.

Below is an example of what this will look like once filled out.

If you are going to be editing this Induction we recommending selecting the Hide from Registration Page button, that way users wont be able to select this Induction when registering.

Once you are happy with the information simply select Create New Induction.

You will be redirected back to the edit induction section, If you are wanting to check or edit the induction simply find and select the Induction as usual.

You can edit the Induction however you like by adding additional steps or editing content.

Enter in the steps you want per induction type
Upload or create content per step
Create notifications
Link to your portal from your website
Tell your users to register
