How to Insert Vimeo/ Youtube videos into your Online Slides

To begin make sure that you are logged in as an Admin.

  • Once logged in, click Setup / Manage Content from the left hand menu.



Then click Manage induction content



 Then select which induction type you want to associate with your video (if you havent set up an induction yet you will need to do this first ie Contractor, Visitor etc) 



Select the induction type "Online Slides", and name your step. 


Click edit content to raise the slide creator



After that click the option for Create New Slide




When creating the slide click the right hand menu and toggle to video slide option. 




Drag the video template into your slide.
Once the template is within your slide the top left hand corner has edit link as on option and here simply replace the embed link with your contents embed link. You will need to obtain the embed link from your youtube video from youtube here is a guide how to do so if your not sure: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/171780?hl=en

  • Upload or create content per step
  • Create notifications
  • Link to your portal from your website
  • Tell your users to register
