How to Link a specific Induction to a site in WorkSign


How to setup the link between a specific induction that is required to enter a site

From your Sign in Sign out Dashboard - click on Sin in content the red logo



Then check the box next to "block users from signing in if not inducted" this will block users that are not inducted to any induction entering any site. 
If you want to allocate one or multiple inductions to be link with a specific site which need to be complete prior to being able to successfully sign into a site click on - "Manage inductions required to enter site"



You will then see a list of all the sites currently in the system on the left hand side and each site will have a selection field to add a required induction per site - simply select the induction required and check the box next to the induction -  this page auto saves selections

You can add multiple inductions per site if require and is and or rule e.g. if you would like your transport or truck drivers to be able to enter a site you get them to do the general induction relating to their role as long as it is selected in the induction list they will be successfully signed in at site.





 
  • Create the induction types first
  • Enter in the steps you want per induction type
  • Upload or create content per step
  • Create notifications
  • Link to your portal from your website
  • Tell your users to register
