Should a user attempt to log in with incorrect password 5 times, there account will be locked as a safety precaution.
To unlock a user account, follow the instructions below:
- 1. From the Dashboard, navigate to the Inducted or Not Inducted tile, depending on the users account status
2. After searching for and locating the user, click on their name to open their profile
3. Confirm the status of the users account and then click on the Action drop-down box
4. From the list that appears, click the Reset log in Attempts option
5. The user will now be able to log into their account. If issues persist, please reset their password by entering a new password on their profile and clicking Update
