LMS: Using the Training Matrix

Using the Training Matrix

From the admin Dashboard, select Matrix from the top menu

This display users in the system with which courses are scheduled or completed, it will also give the admin the ability to notify the user, assign new course information, view the user certificate, SMS or even delete the user.

In the Matrix there are a few tabs you can select from: List, Matrix and Training Needs Analysis.

When List is selected, this displays users in the system with which courses are scheduled or completed. It will also give the admin the ability to notify the user, assign new course information, view the user certificate, SMS or even delete the user.

Here, admin can apply filters to the list, toggle the columns and export the list.

When Matrix is selected, all users with their assigned, unassigned and completed courses will be displayed for an easy to read summary

When Training Needs Analysis is selected, admin has the option to create a training plan. This can be done by selecting Configure Training Plan then following the prompts. This tool is useful to further categorise courses when allocating them to users, departments or positions.
