Companies Area: How to setup rating colours

 

Firstly log in to your administrator account of your dedicated Online Induction Portal

Click "Companies" in your central admin dashboard, this will bring you to the Manage Contracting Companies area.

Whilst in this screen, select the gearbox icon on the right hand side. 



Select "Colour code review scores"


Rating Colour Codes

Colour code rating scores to show on certificates and dashboards.

(Setting values here will by default show colour code percentage on contracting company dashboard and certificate)

Set the percentage for the colour range Score 1 = 10% Score 5 = 50% and so on


Score between: % and %

Colour: Select from a drop down of colours from Blue, Green, Red and Orange.


When Company has been reviewed in the performance tab the "colour" of its overall listing will reflect what you have selected here.


For example the above company was rate 100% on the performance review and now is highlighted in green.

This is a dynamic field, if the company was reviewed again and dropped overall performance percentage the set colour will change.





 
  • Create the induction types first
  • Enter in the steps you want per induction type
  • Upload or create content per step
  • Create notifications
  • Link to your portal from your website
  • Tell your users to register
