Load the users profile by searching and finding the user in your Inducted or Non Inducted List.
Click the "action" button and find the option "Block User" to initiate the block on the individual
The users status will now be displayed in profile
The user is now indicated in Red "Account Blocked" and will not be able to log into the system whilst the account is marked blocked.
This is also indicated in the Manage User grid such as the example below:
I can see in this example my user has completed the induction, but is currently marked BLOCKED
To unblock follow the same step, find the users profile by searching the inducted or non inducted list.
Click "action" and click "unblock user"
The blocking action does not alter the users induction completion status.
