How to update your page image sizes

  • Firstly go to set-up manage content and click on background
  •  
  •  

  • The naming format for the images must be – form-background.jpg for background ,
  •                                 – logo.jpg for logo
  • The sizing for images must be – Logo Dimensions  - 342 px x 74px use the template from the portal as a guide.

  • The sizing for Background images is able to be any size as the image will stretch to fit the users screen, the larger (ie 800 x 800px) the better however it is important to keep file under 1mb to ensure quick loading for end users.

  • Create the induction types first
  • Enter in the steps you want per induction type
  • Upload or create content per step
  • Create notifications
  • Link to your portal from your website
  • Tell your users to register
