Printing Cards for the Sign in App
For printing hard copy induction cards when using the sign in app, click the Card Printing option from the Checked In Report
This will display a list of all users who are inducted or not inducted and you can click the blue icon to view their card (shows it in a full screen format that is suitable for printing)
Click Print and if you have connected your card printing machine to this computer, it will print the digital card onto one of your plastic cards
You can opt between portrait or landscape mode
When the user goes to sign in, they simple hold the card against the tablet / phone for it to be scanned if using the QR code and this will check them in.
There is an option to manually add someone to this list if you require them to be setup ahead of doing an online induction.
