To have a questionnaire between the slides of a presentation, you need to first split up your presentation into the different sections you want the assessments to go in between.
For example, if you have a 40 slide presentation as a single Powerpoint file and you want to split it up into 4 different sections each with its own questionnaire inbetween, you will need to save your Powerpoint into four different smaller Powerpoints, each with only the relevant slides you want in each section.
i.e. Presentation 1 with the first ten slides, Presentation 2 with the second batch of ten slides etc
Now that you have your presentation split up the way you want it, you can now upload each section via the manage induction content area one section at a time.
To do this, create the induction step name like "safety induction part 1"
select from the step type drop down menu presentation with assessment
then click on update content
this will take you to the area where you can upload you new broken into small sections presentation.
Click upload presentation button, select the file of the presentation to upload and press the upload button.
This will then queue the presentations for conversion into an online format and publish to the inductee front end of the portal. This can take up to 24 hrs to appear in your portal.
Once the presentation has been uploaded to your induction you will need to go back into the induction step and add set up the assessment questions. Click add question or manage questions
Then you will need to write each question and its multiple selection of answers, dont forget to adjust the correct answer and press submit.
